Terry Emmons Terry Emmons is an interior designer, with a great passion for architectural interior ambience. With his expertise as a painter, sculptor and pastiche-artist, Terry’s outstanding ability to incorporate his knowledge of the classical Old World opulence and craftsmanship, and combine the ideas of contemporary Modernist styles, to create and adapt spaces, for the needs of the twenty first century. For Terry’s small spaces has always been a specialty. He views them like a puzzle to be solved: It is a great challenge to create great volume and style using theatrical techniques, magical lines, color, texture and an artistic touch, to trick the eye. Terry loves to travel, and has worked on projects in New York and from Berlin to West Africa; from Paris to Palm Beach. His favorite architectural destination is the Palace of Versailles, which he has visited to study over sixty times. Originally from Texas, Terry has lived in Los Angles, Paris, and Berlin. For the last twenty years, Terry’s home base is New York’s historic Greenwich Village, where he lives with his Bichon Frisé Mickey.
